Abstract : [en] Approximation of the inverse of the genomic relationship matrix is obtained by a similar algorithm to that of the pedigree-based relationship matrix. A recursive use of this algorithm returns a better approximation of the inverse after each round of recursion, until it reaches the real inverse.
