Abstract :
[en] This report covers several aspects:An Excel sheet for designing 68/218 mm² beams according to Eurocode 5 ENV 1995-1-1; design equations and experimental test made on a 5.14 m long main beam with a 140x350 mm² section in which reservations have been cut to introduce the 68/218 transverse beams; a experimental test on a steel connection between two glue laminated timber beams; a fire resistance test on a 2.17x1.64 m² wall with a thickness of 86 mm.
