Abstract :
[en] Within the Belgian service-voucher system, various types of organizations can provide services (house cleaning, ironing and various types of help to vulnerable persons). Based on a detailed survey covering 50 providers of different types, this paper examines their comparative performance based on three different specifications of the latter and by using Data Envelopment Analysis.
