Abstract :
[en] The project has three main objectives. The first objective is to design a method of construction wood that can be industrialized, so that the elements are then assembled on site. In this way, the manufacturing costs should be reduced. The second objective is to design a low energy house, whose consumption is less than an equivalent of 6 litres of oil per square meter per year (or 60 kWh/m²yr). The third objective is to employ less qualified workers in workshops or on site. Because the construction industry suffers from a shortage of workers, despite a high unemployment rate in our region.
