[en] Pseudoxanthoma elasticum is a rare inherited disorder of the elastic tissue characterised by multisystem manifestations. Skin, eyes, gastro-intestinal system and cardiovascular system are the major affected systems. We describe the anaesthetic management of a parturient affected by this disease.
