Abstract :
[en] This testing design aims to assess, in a simulated way) a senior high school teacher competence that consists in being confronted with a problematic situation (a case) of school life that resort from educational psychology. In a first phase, data being insufficient, the teacher can merely elaborate a few explaining hypothesis. In a second phase, having obtained more information, he (she) can choose among a series of hypothesis the most likely one. In a third phase, if the hypothesis is confirmed, the teacher can imagine imagine his / her most appropriate reactions. In order to test simultaneously hundreds of students in the same amphitheatre, a series of sheets (formulas) are distributed, answered and then collected, additional information having ben provided in between two series of sheets. This explains the expression “fractionated”.
