Abstract :

Commentary :
The book proposes a fundamental break with the liberal economic order. It shares some intuitions of Marx but it departs strongly from it through a strong elitist, almost anti-democratic stance. We could speak of a conservative-aristocratic socialism, a strange and thought-provoking utopia, but that not everybody will find attractive.
