[en] Neutrality of the state ; Secularism ; Migrations
[en] The presentation distinguises between two different concepts of secularism : political secularism and philsophical secularism. It shows that those two concepts foster two visions of the neutrality of the state : a more tolerant one which supposes that the Sate holds itself at an equal distance of any religious or non religious set of beliefs. And an more agressive one which supposes that the state take an official stance of suspicion against religious beliefs.
