Abstract :
[en] Autobiography, self portrait, diary, autofiction and more generally all the creations that deal with the intimacy were quiet marginal in comics before the nineties. The article tells about the first occurrences of this kind of comics then analyzes the leading role of Art Spiegelman before focusing on the autobiographical movement into the French speaking countries with the come of the alternative publishers. Finally, the article thinks about the more recent evolutions of the intimacy into comics and about its future developments.
