Abstract :	[en] This Forum has been organised in order to discuss different approaches for the bilateral Colombia-Venezuela's conflict that had taken place during the gouvernements of Alvaro Uribe and Hugo Chavez. Several secteors of the society participated in it. We had academics (from different universities in the city), the local journal's president, the Chief of research of the Central Bank (local office in Cartagena).
