Abstract :	[en] This communication is about the Alvaro Uribe Velez' (two periods) commercial foreign policy. By a constructivist description of this policy I showed its paradox. The objectif of working for regional integration (of Andean Community of Nations) was banned by this President´s unilateral political actions.
