Abstract :
[en] An original technique of insertion and corporotomy closure on the level proximal is described. Proximal angle of corporotomy is closed on the pipe of the hydraulic cylinder by a point of vicryl which was installed before the device implantation. This simple technique allows correct installation of proximal extremity of the prosthesis in the tail of the cavernous body and avoids damage and perforation to the prothesis.
