[en] Cystic lymphangioma of the mesentery is a benign condition, probably of malformative origin, and frequently appearing in infancy. Its symptomatology can be very polymorphic. Its diagnosis is suspected by ultrasonography and computed tomography, and definitely confirmed by pathology.
