Abstract :
[en] In this paper, I offer an overview of the provisions of the Code of Private International Law (Act of 16 July 2004) relevant for the banking and financial practice. The overview starts with the general provisions of the Code, applicable to all operations and then focuses on selected questions such as securities, corporations, insolvencies and trusts.
