Abstract :
[en] In this case note, an analysis is offered of a decision by a Luxemburg administrative court regarding the recognition in Luxemburg of a same sex marriage celebrated in Belgium. Looking at the larger picture, some thoughts are offered on how well same sex marriages celebrated in Belgium fare abroad.
