| [en] In order to investigate the influence of the nozzle capacity on the performance of fuel oil boilers, tests have been performed in transient and steady state regimes on our experimental boiler. The aim of the tests was to deduce the better couple nozzle - fuel injection pressure to reach the desired output power while producing fewer pollutants as possible. In short, a high fuel injection pressure associated with a low capacity nozzle is recommended. | |
