Abstract :
[en] In this chapter, several factors likely to infl uence cyclodextrin (CD)-mediated enantioseparations, such as CD type and concentration, pH and ionic strength of the background electrolyte (BGE), addition of organic solvents, injection mode as well as temperature are discussed from a practical point of view and illustrated by examples. Finally, several types of dual systems including at least one CD are also presented.
