[en] Objectives: Neonatal ventilator softwares provide information on respiratory mechanics (RM). Integration of those values with clinical variables could improve ventilation management. We investigated accuracy and reproducibility of those variables in Assist Control (AC) and Synchronised Intermittent Mandatory Ventilation (SIMV) modes.
