Abstract :
[en] The implant-borne prostheses have become an integral part of the oral rehabilitation procedures. The aim of this article is to describe the most current impression techniques for oral implant prosthetics used at the University of Liege, Belgium. Impression protocols adapted to various prosthetic procedures are described step-by-step through several clinical cases. Emphasis is put on the means necessary for achieving a precise adaptation and a passive fit of the final prosthetic suprastructure.
