| [en] Periodic radial displacement curves are obtained by mechanical integration of the radial velocities for Eu II, Cr II, Fe II and Fe I in HD 125248 and alpha2 C Vn. The mean observed velocities, which are not exactly the same for the various elements, are also given. The Eu-Cr mean curve is very similar to the Fe ones. Since the ranges are not small with regard to the radius, it is suggested that the line shifts are perhaps not only due to a Doppler effect, but also for instance to a Stark effect. | |
