Abstract :	[en] The objective of this study was to compare the production of γ- decalactone in different scales and to study the effects of 4- hydroxydecanoic acid and γ-decalactone on the growth of R. aurantiaca. The effect of gum tragacanth on the production of γ-decalactone by R. aurantiaca was evaluated.
