Abstract :
[en] In this work, we demonstrated that neonatal cortical progenitors characterized by an expression of a polysialilated form on NCAM (Neural Cell Adhesion Molecule) are able to differentiate into astrocytes or oligodendrocytes. Moreover, those precursors are able of a phenotypic plasticity as they differnetiate into Schwann Cells when grafted into adult demyelinated lesions.
