[fr] L'article décrit un ensemble de données relatives à la connaissance mycologique des
populations Ü et Tsang du Tibet centro-austral. L'ethnotaxonomie locale est approchée. Ces données sont discutées et certaines voies de valorisation de ces aliments sont esquissées. [en] This paper describes the mycological knowledge of the Ü and Tsang populations from
South-Central Tibet. The basic ethnomycological data and the local mushroom ethnotaxonomy are presented and treated, as well as some of the possible ways to valorise the wild edible mushrooms
used.
