[en] Our communication aims at spreading the participative approach implemented in Flémalle (“new governorship”), but also at discussing the contribution of the theorical and applied research undertaken within the framework of the coordination action of the European Network of Territorial Intelligence for local projects (NTIC, participation, animation, analyzes….), the objective is to measure its added-value and transposability within territories of industrial tradition in a context of financial and temporal limitations.
