Abstract :
[fr] Faisant face à l’impératif de la participation, nombreuses villes et communes wallonnes redoublent d’efforts pour rentrer davantage en contact avec leurs citoyens, non sans difficultés parfois. Alors de nombreuses questions se posent : comment inciter à participer? dans quel objectif? qui solliciter, quand, via quel support, et à quelle fréquence? A travers l’étude de cas concrets (wallons et internationaux), l’intervention abordera les principaux points d’attention à bien identifier avant d’implémenter une démarche participative (tant en ligne qu’en face-à-face) et veillera à démystifier la participation citoyenne et l’utopie du "Super Citoyen".
