Abstract :
[en] Food Loss and Waste occur at all stages of the Supply Chain. We reviewed the literature to identify the causes and classify the proposed solutions in order to reach the number 12.3 Sustainable Development Goal: ''2030, halve per capita global food waste at the retail and consumer levels and reduce food losses along production and supply chains, including post-harvest losses''. In our ongoing research, we focus on food waste and related single use packaging waste in the healthcare sector.
