Abstract :
[en] This communication is part of a larger research project that aims to develop and test a model about the collaboration practices of female entrepreneurs, through identifying antecedents and consequences for entrepreneurial success. The objective of our communication is to explore collaborative entrepreneurship, an emerging topic in the literature, from the perspective of female entrepreneurs in Luxembourg. We share here the first insights brought by our exploratory study on this relatively underinvestigated topic, in particular in the women’s entrepreneurship field. Through the analysis of an in-depth longitudinal case study with two women entrepreneurs who created and developed a business collaboration, completed by a set of qualitative interviews with other women entrepreneurs working in collaboration, we are able to propose a first understanding of this phenomenon and to establish the bases for a theoretical model.
