Abstract :
[en] Many rural communities in Wallonia are facing a fragmented urban fabric, a under-occupation of large detached houses and a shortage of affordable homes for young people. To sensitize their population, four municipalities invited in November 2015 the Swiss architect Mariette Beyeler to speak about her research into the reuse and reconversion of villas for a changing population.
