Abstract :
[fr] En France, tout comme dans beaucoup de pays européens, le parc de bâtiments anciens disponibles, potentiellement améliorables et sujets à rénovation est assez important.
Les enjeux énergétiques de la planète et la part non négligeable de la consommation d’énergie nécessitée par les exigences de confort de l’habitat doivent questionner les auteurs de projets et les propriétaires lorsqu’ils abordent la rénovation de bâtiments existants.
L’objectif de ce projet est de développer des méthodes et outils d’aide à la décision permettant à un prestataire en rénovation énergétique de déterminer les meilleurs scénarios de rénovation possibles, c’est-à-dire ceux répondant au mieux aux attentes des différents acteurs concernés.
Ce projet concerne les bâtiments résidentiels individuels.
Par rénovation énergétique d’un bâtiment, on entend l’ensemble des actions menées sur le bâti (isolation, étanchéité à l’air, etc.) et les systèmes énergétiques (chauffage, eau chaude sanitaire, ventilation, etc.), visant à améliorer sa performance énergétique.
Le bilan énergétique d’un bâtiment reprend tous les apports et les pertes de chaleur auxquels il est soumis.

The energy stakes of planet and the considerable share of the consumption of energy required by the requirements of comfort of the habitat must question the projects promoter and the owners when they approach the restoration of existing buildings.
The objective of this project is to develop methods and tools of decision-making aid making it possible a person receiving benefits in energy restoration to determine the best possible scenarios of restoration, i.e. those answering as well as possible waitings of the various actors concerned.
This project relates to the individual residential buildings.
By energy restoration of a building, one understands the whole of the actions carried out on the frame (insulation, air tightness, etc) and the systems energy (heating, medical warm water, ventilation, etc), aiming at improving his energy performance.
The energy assessment of a building takes again all the contributions and the losses of heat to which it is subjected.
