[en] The conference focused on the right to health and its legal and ethical implications. The speech gave a framework on health policies in the European Union, and in particular on the use of technologies for health reasons. The Italian framework is also considered, in order to check the implementation of EU policies inside one National State and develop comparative analysis at that regard.
