Abstract :
[en] This presentation analyses and contextualises the EU's proposed geo-blocking regulation and its relationship to EU e-commerce legislation. It is addressed to an audience of cyberspace and e-law lawyers and takes place in an ecommerce panel. Questions to be discussed concern the approach taken by the EU in tackling the challenges of e-commerce.
