Abstract :
[en] This article delves into the issue of institutional assimilation, i.e. the obligation, as a matter of EU law, for national authorities to adapt themselves to the needs imposed by an ever more streamlined EU law enforcement framework. Relying on the case law by the ECtHR, this paper outlines how particularly national competition authorities have had to adapt in this respect.
