[fr] La méthode graphique expliquée ici a pour but de calculer le niveau global d'isolation K d'un logement et ses besoins en énergie Be, en conformité avec la méthode de calcul annexée à l'Arrêté de l'Exécutif Régional Wallon du 29 février 1984. Pour rappel, cet arrêté fixe les conditions générales d'isolation thermique auxquelles les bâtiments à construire destinés au logement doivent satisfaire.
[en] The purpose of the graphic method explained here is to calculate the total level of insulation K of a housing and its energy needs Be, in conformity with the method of calculating annexed to the Decree of the Walloon Regional executive of February 29th, 1984. For recall, this decree fixes the general terms of thermo isolation to which the buildings to be built intended for housing must satisfy.
