Abstract :

[en] Lymphoma of the paranasal sinuses is relatively rare compared to the occurrence of carcinoma in the same region. The diagnosis is often missed at the early stages of the disease. Two cases of primary extranodal lymphoma of the maxillary sinus are reported. The diagnosis of these malignancies is emphasized.
