Abstract :
[en] Metabarcoding studies are becoming more and more popular with a field of applications constantly increasing. However, the methods used are sometimes complex and might remain “obscure” for most of us. The objective of this presentation is therefore to familiarize people with this field of research by giving an overview of the different steps permitting the achievement of metabarcoding studies. Field work, lab work and bioinformatics will be subsequently detailed and accessibly explained.
