[en] Representations are a key factor in the development of a physically active lifestyle. In women, it is fundamental to verify if there are not wrong represnetations about physical activity because that could be an important barrier to any change. This workshop will propose several activities aiming to show how it is possible to increase the awareness of people about what is physical activity and how to accept to reach the international recommendations.
