Abstract :
[en] Phenotypic approach of the treatment of coronary artery disease and heart failure used in prospective randomized trials has contributed to significantly improve patieni prognosis. However, gene polymorphisms have been shown to be able to alter treatment efficacy with anti-platelets, beta-blockers or ACE-inhibitors in these settings. As suggested by several studies, therapeutic approaches based on genotype should contribute to personalize treatments with better efficacy and safety.
