Abstract :
[en] This work examines the relationship between some of Jorge Luis Borges’ translations and the critical essays he wrote about the writers whose works he translated. In it, the notion of translation and that of criticism are defined as a practices of refraction according to André Lefevere's theory; that’s to say, as practices that, beginning from a source text, carry a series of operations to influence readers.
