Abstract :
[en] Promoting affiliation between scientists is relatively easy, but creating larger organisational structures is more difficult, due to traditions of scientific independance, difficulties of sharing implicit knowledge, and formal organisational barrers. Hence there is a need to research possibilities given by Communities of practice. This paper presents a research projet (doctoral thesis) whose goal is to implement Communities of Practice (CoP) in order to sustain knowledge transfer in regulatory analytical sciences.
