[en] This model helps the conception of evaluation of impacts that therapeutic education (to patients) may have. It considers two axes. The first one is the axis of 4 types of actors : patients, their family members, healthcare givers, and the health institutions. The second axis is constituted by the 4 levels suggested by Kirkpatrick to evaluate a training action : trainee's satisfaction, acquisitions, behaviors transfered in everyday life, ultimate benefits fdor the ultimate targets.
