Abstract :
[en] This communication presents a model of collective entrepreneurship process, drawing on institutional theory (institutional logics) and on the sociology of social networks (structural hole). It argues that entrepreneurship might result from the association of bridge-builders, both in terms of structural hole bridging and in terms of institutional logics bridging. Individual as well as structural factors will influence the entrepreneurial outcome, in particular in the way the new organisation deals with the distinct logics.
