Abstract :	[en] This article examines the claims by the editors of the poetry anthology Hotel New Flandres that their selection is based upon 'objective' criteria. In reality, the criteria that are used are contradictory and mutually incompatible, and the way in which they are applied does not do justice to the corpus.
