Abstract :
[en] The first part of this article is a history of the greening of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). The second part focuses on parameters and methodologies to take into account in order to evaluate the costs and the benefits of the future CAP. Finally, the last part of this paper is a discussion about the objectives of the greening and the instruments used to achieve them.
