Technique originale, mise au point par le premier auteur, d'implantation d'acide hyaluronique dans l'espace de Reinke après réalisation d'une intervention microchirurgicale par microflap pour pathologie cordale bénigne. Description de la technique, de l'évolution de la vibration cordale et des résultats vocaux obtenus au fil des évaluations post opératoires chez les 11 premiers patients traités(follow up le plus long est de 19 mois). Amélioration de la souplesse vibratoire et absence de rigidité cicatricielle chez les cas traités.
