[en] summarY : mifepristone is one of the most common selective progesterone receptor modulator. its use in abortion in first and second trimester of pregnancy is well known. this type of molecule has also been studied in several diseases such as endometriosis, myomas, breast cancer and meningioma. only practical management of abortion using mifepristone will be
described here.
