[en] The effectiveness of Synthetic Salmon Calcitonin (SSCT) administered as a nasal spray was assessed via clinical, biological, and radiological variables in 5 Pagetic patients during a 6 months course therapy, the results show that intranasal administration does not decrease the activity of SSCT in Paget's disease of bone.
