Abstract :	[en] In this presentation I review the provisions of the EU Draft Proposed Regulation on Matrimonial Property, focusing on the choice of law, in the light of the amendments suggested by the EP. Based on this critical review, I offer some suggestions for amendment of the Draft Proposal.
