| [en] A model allowing dynamic simulation of processes involving compression, expansion, heat generation and transfer in fluids is presented. Equations are developed for some equipment models, based on one-dimensional flow approximation. The architecture of a simulation package based on the object paradigm is described. The programme has been validated with experimental data : surge onset in compression systems has been satisfactorily predicted. | |
