Abstract :
[en] Extensive dynamic measurements are performed on the massy and stiff concrete foundation of a cement roller mill. Dynamic properties like mode shapes, natural frequencies and damping ratios are determined using the SSI-COV method. A methodology for the statistical estimation of these modal properties by evaluating a sufficient amount of time windows is derived and discussed.
