Abstract :	[en] The authors report a case of hydronephrosis secondary to a giant aneurysm of the left renal artery, displacing the pyeloureteral junction. Decompression was obtained via "ex situ" reconstructive arterial surgery, followed by renal autotransplantation without division of the ureter.
